Directions from Newport News Airport:
1. Exit airport with a left onto Bland Blvd.
2. Go to Jefferson Avenue and make a left.
3. Stay on Jefferson Avenue for about 4 miles and go right onto Thimble Shoals Ave
4. Make a left into the second driveway off of Thimble Shoals Ave
5. We are in first row of buildings after pulling in lot, suite 1-B

Directions from Norfolk International Airport:
1. Exit airport at Norview Avenue (main road in airport turns directly into Norview)
2. Take Norview until 64 West and get on Interstate 64 going west
3. Continue on 64 over bridge and through tunnel towards Hampton/ Newport News
4. Will continue on 64 for about 10 miles after bridge
5. Exit at 258A exit (J. Clyde Morris Blvd. South/Rte 17 South)
6. Take J. Clyde Morris Blvd. until Jefferson Ave. and take a right onto Jefferson
7. Go past one stoplight and at the second light (Thimble Shoals Ave) take a left
8. Go past the second island in the road and make a left into our parking lot
9. We are the second office from right in first row of offices in parking lot
10. Suite 1-B, Health Research of Hampton Roads is on the front of office
